牡丹江市卫生局的广域网络是从1996年开始组织建设的,是牡丹江市卫生局计财科与牡丹江市宏远计算机公司的技术人员设计研制开发的。该信息网络以卫生局微机室为中心与市内九大直属医院联网,形成一个卫生局系统的信息集散地。各医院按指定的密码口令可以随时登录到卫生局的信息计算中心,将本单位的信息传送到计算中心。同时,也可以从计算中心获取信息。各医院本身又是一个局域网络。
