战略性贸易政策最早兴起于发达国家,其实质是贸易保护政策。它引入了不完全竞争的国际市场结构作为其基本假设,论述了政府政策介入的合理性。美,日等发达国家都有实行战略性贸易政策。印度的软件业也在战略性贸易政策的指导下,得到很快发展。有选择的应用战略性贸易政策对我国的贸易政策有重要的意义。
The earliest rise of strategic trade policy in developed countries, its essence is trade protection policy. It introduces imperfectly competitive international market structure as its basic assumption and discusses the rationality of government policy intervention. The United States, Japan and other developed countries have implemented a strategic trade policy. India’s software industry has also been rapidly developed under the guidance of strategic trade policies. The selective application of strategic trade policy is of great significance to China’s trade policy.
