建国三十多年以来,我国冶金企业的尘肺防治工作是卓有成效的,但至今也还存在着某些需要抓紧解决的问题。如一些厂矿在进行技术改造或实行新工艺之后,仍会产生大量的粉尘,对原有的大批尘肺患者要继续给以妥善的治疗,面临着由于十年动乱期间粉尘浓度回升所造成的近几年来尘肺患者急剧增加防治量增大的局面,近几年来开办的一些地方企业,几乎没有任何防尘和劳动保护措施,粉尘危害继续威胁着工人的健康,等等。目前,不少国营冶金企业的粉尘合格率还很低,平均合格率只有50％左右,预期若干
