【摘要】提到甜美多汁的西梅,大多数人都只想到它的通便功效。除此以外,西梅就很容易被人遗忘,只有西梅汁和西梅干仍在热卖当中。事实上,新鲜西梅对身体的好处不容小觑,除了防便秘外,还可以降血压、降胆固醇和防贫血等;对女士来说,当然少不得它的美颜效果。那么,赶快吃粒"排毒"西梅吧!
