中职教育的特殊性给中职教师带来了职业所具有的多重角色与多重压力。为了让更多有健康体魄、有良好身心素质的中职教师积极投入到中职教育中来,让全体教师参与增进身心健康的体育健身活动,本人对中职学校教师体育健身俱乐部的运行进行了两年的实践探索。结果发现,体育健身俱乐部不仅能让教师的健康与健身意识显著增强,还能使教师的亚健康状况得到明显改善,进一步提升教师的幸福感,这对形成师生校园健身理念,创设具有职校特色的体育文化,有一定的积极作用。
The specialty of secondary vocational education has brought the multiple roles and multiple pressures of occupations to secondary vocational teachers.
