本文从成都城市规模现状、发展趋势,论证地下空间开发是城市化的需要及必要性。提出建立以地下铁道、地下车库、地下商业建筑、市政管道沟工程综合的城市地下空间开发层次,示意性地初步作出成都地下空间“开发方案”设计,建议开展多层次、多学科的市立体空间开发规划研究体系。
