作为党的基层组织,企业党支部是党的工作和战斗力的基础。一个党支部是不是具有坚强的战斗力,在很大程度上取决于是不是有一个合格的支部书记。做好企业党支部书记,需要强化四种意识。
As the party’s grass-roots organizations, the party branches of enterprises are the basis for the party’s work and combat effectiveness. Whether a party branch has strong combat effectiveness depends to a large extent on whether there is a qualified branch secretary.
