本文采用不同浓度的高渗氯化钠溶液治疗失血性休克大鼠。动物模型采用动脉放血至5.33kPa,维持120分钟,后分别采用0.9%、2.5%、5%、7.5%和10%NaCl溶液,以5mL/kg静脉输入,观察MAP、CVP变化,测定血浆Na~+、Cl~-、K~+浓度和NAG活性,记录动物存活时间。结果显示:7.5%NaCl治疗后大鼠的MAP、CVP均最高,血浆Na~+浓度在120分钟内维持较高水平,血浆K~+及NAG为各组最低。结果提示:高渗氯化钠溶液治疗失血性休克时,以7.5%浓度最佳。
In this paper, different concentrations of hypertonic sodium chloride solution in the treatment of hemorrhagic shock rats. The animal model was established by arterial bloodletting to 5.33 kPa for 120 minutes. The rats were infused intravenously at 5 mL / kg 0.9%, 2.5%, 5%, 7.5% and 10% NaCl respectively to observe the change of MAP and CVP, +, Cl ~ -, K ~ + concentration and NAG activity were recorded animal survival time. The results showed that the MAP and CVP of rats after 7.5% NaCl treatment were the highest, the plasma Na + concentration maintained at a high level within 120 minutes, and the plasma K + and NAG were the lowest in all groups. The results suggest that: hypertonic sodium chloride solution for hemorrhagic shock, the best concentration of 7.5%.
