本文采用电荷耦合器件(CCD)获得了对模拟信号的连续可变延迟,并以CCD为中心部件构成了相关检测系统。文中讨论了CCD可变延时系统的参数选择的一些考虑,给出了该检测系统的工作原理及其在相关函数的测量和深埋在噪声中周期信号的提取两个方面的实验结果。最后,本文详细分析了引入CCD模拟延迟线后,电荷转移损失对系统输出信噪比的影响,并指出了减小转移损失率对输出信噪比影响的途径。
In this paper, a continuous variable delay of the analog signal is obtained by a charge-coupled device (CCD), and a CCD-based component is used to form a correlation detection system. In this paper, some considerations of the parameter selection of CCD variable delay system are discussed. The working principle of the detection system and the experimental results of measuring the correlation function and extracting the periodic signal buried in the noise are given. Finally, the effect of charge transfer loss on the output signal-to-noise ratio of the system is analyzed in detail after the introduction of the CCD analog delay line. The ways of reducing the impact of the transfer loss rate on the output signal-to-noise ratio are also pointed out.
