1、前言车床是机械制造业中应用最为普遍的生产工具,它的性能直接影响机械产品的性能、质量和经济性。随着现代工业的飞速发展,我国中小企业中大量服役的普通车床已越来越不能满足现代加工工艺和提高劳动生产率的要求。如果把目前的普通车床淘汰而换成数控车床,将势必造成巨大的浪费。因此,应用微型计算机对普通车床进行数控技术改造是解决上述矛盾的一种符合国情的切实可行的方法。2、数控改造2.1 数控系统系统采用连续控制系统。控制系统由微机部分、键盘及显示器、I/O接口及光电隔离电路、步进电机功率放大电路等组成。加工程序用键盘输入,数码管显示工作状态和加工中的有关参数,工作前用波段开关选择功能(编辑、手动、自动)。
