何功伟(1915—1941),又名何彬、何斌,湖北咸宁县人。1935年在湖北参加一二.九运动,被国民党通缉。后去上海,于次年加入中国共产党,参加全国学联工作。1937年到武汉,历任中共湖北省委委员、省农委委员、武昌区委书记、鄂南特委书记、湘鄂西区委宣传部长等职。1940年8月,任中共鄂西特委书记,创建了
