1990年工作总的指导思想是:认真贯彻落实十三届四中、五中全会和国家教委1990年工作会议精神,坚持社会主义办学方向,全面贯彻党和国家的教育方针,把思想政治工作放在学校工作的首位;继续进行治理整顿和深化改革,切实加强学校内部管理和队伍建设,完善以教学为中心、教材建设为重点的教学、科研和社会服务相结合的教育机制;坚持按需办学,在办好学历教育的同时积极开展非学历教育,逐步将教育改革深入到教学领域中去,努力提高教学质量和办学效益,更好地为社会主义建设服务。 在完成经常性工作的同时,着重做好下列工作:
