机械通气治疗哮喘持续状态是近年来的新方法，我科采用机械通气辅助治疗成功地救治了６例严重哮喘持续状态的患者。首先要取得患者的信任及配合，机械通气过程中应密切观察患者心理状态并做好解释及疏导工作。机械通气的成功与否除了根据病情及血气调整适当的呼吸参数外，还与气道管理紧密相关，气道管理方法包括气道湿化、温化、雾化和正确的吸痰方法。仔细观察呼吸机的运转情况。对报警及时处理。机械通气可能引起气胸、血压下降、心律失常等并发症，应严密观察及时处理。
