介绍了定位平衡压裂技术的工艺原理、工艺特点及及实施方法。该工艺通过定位平衡压裂封隔器上的长胶筒和喷砂体的组合来控制压裂目的层的裂缝形成的位置和吸液炮眼的数量,达到裂缝定位和使目的层产生水平裂缝的目的。结合现场应用指出该项目在大庆油田中后期高含水开发阶段可满足常规射孔井中低渗透油层段的压裂改造,一次施工可压开3~5个目的层,并对薄隔层进行平衡保护。该技术在大庆油田应用上百口井,工艺成功率达96%,平均单井日增油9t以上。含水率下降4~8个百分点。
The process principle, process characteristics and implementation methods of the location balanced fracturing technology are introduced. The process controls the position of crack formation in the target layer of fracture and the number of suction blast holes by positioning the combination of the long rubber cylinder and the sandblasting body on the fracturing packer to achieve the location of cracks and the horizontal cracks of the target layer purpose. According to field application, this project can meet the requirement of fracturing in the low permeable reservoir section of conventional perforating wells in Daqing oilfield in the stage of high water cut in the middle and late stages. One construction can crush 3 to 5 target layers and balance the thin layers . The technology applied to hundreds of wells in Daqing Oilfield, the success rate of 96% of technology, the average daily oil well 9t above. Water content decreased by 4 to 8 percentage points.
