目的 认识儿童B细胞性非霍奇金淋巴瘤 (B NHL)临床表现的多样性 ;论证B NHL CCCG 97方案治疗的有效性。方法 对 33例B NHL患儿 ,通过病理活检做形态学及免疫组化分型 ,结合影像学检查、脑脊液检查、体检做分期诊断 ,然后采用B NHL CCCG 97方案进行治疗。结果 30例 (90 9% ,30 / 33)获得完全缓解(CR)。 6个月以上无病生存共 2 3例 ,无病生存 (EFS)率为 6 9 7% (无病生存 6～ 86个月 ,平均 34个月 )。 5例复发 (15 2 % ) :CR后至复发的平均时间为 4 2个月 (1～ 6个月 ) ,其中 3例于复发后死亡。结论 B NHL CCCG 97方案能有效治疗儿童B NHL
Objective To understand the diversity of clinical manifestations of children with B-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (B NHL) and to demonstrate the effectiveness of B NHL CCCG 97 regimen. Methods Thirty-three children with B NHL were diagnosed by pathological biopsy with morphological and immunohistochemical methods, combined with imaging examination, cerebrospinal fluid examination and physical examination. Then they were treated by B NHL CCCG 97 regimen. Results 30 cases (90 9%, 30/33) achieved complete remission (CR). There were 23 cases of disease-free survival for 6 months or more, and the disease free survival (EFS) rate was 697% (disease free survival 6 to 86 months, average 34 months). Five patients relapsed (15 2%): The mean duration of relapse after CR was 42 months (range 1 to 6 months), of which 3 died after relapse. Conclusion The B NHL CCCG 97 regimen is effective in treating children with B NHL
