第五銅壙為了按期完成任務,並为生產打下有利的基礎,本着提高效率、降低原材料消耗、为國家工業化積累大量資金的目的,在豎井下掘時,首先推行了蘇聯先進經驗——深眼爆破、合金釺頭及三大吊(吊盤、吊框、吊桶)等方法,互相配合進行了平行作業。由於鑛的领导大力支持,及時解决了工作中存在的关鍵問題及與全體職工的努力,因而取得了巨大的成績,提高了掘進率,月進度40.30公尺。茲將其經驗介紹如下: 一、開鑿準备工作新豎井開鑿前的準备工作,主要是勞動组织、人員訓练、材料供应以及具體施工措施等。因鑑于豎井工作的重要性,首先調配勞動組織、选拔优秀员工担管豎井下掘工
