党的十一届三中全会以来,政通人和,百废俱兴,城乡面貌日新月异,欣欣向荣。在这村镇建设迅猛发展的关键时刻,我们也清醒地看到,不少村镇虽是新房成片,但式样陈旧,布局不当,旧村镇脏、乱,差的面貌没有多大改变,甚至还出现了乱占、抢占耕地的现象。通过什么途径积极而稳妥地建设具有中国特色的社会主义现代化新村镇呢?从我县村镇建设实践中我们体会到,认真研究村镇的现状,因地制宜地搞好旧村镇改造,是一条主要途径。

The appearance of both urban and rural areas is changing with each passing day and thriving. At this crucial moment in the rapid development of the villages and towns, we are also soberly aware that although many villages and towns are new homes, they are outdated and improperly arranged. The old villages and towns are dirty and chaotic. The appearance of the poor has not changed much, and even appeared. Occupy and seize the phenomenon of cultivated land. What way to actively and steadily construct a new socialist modern village with Chinese characteristics? From the practice of building villages and towns in our county, we have learned that seriously studying the current situation of villages and towns, and doing a good job of reforming old villages and towns according to local conditions is a major approach.
