[目的]了解单纯性肥胖学生的心理健康状况及个性特点。[方法]采用艾森克个性问卷及抑郁自评量表对肥胖及对照学生进行心理状况及个性测定。[结果]肥胖组学生小学、初中、高中的人格类型的差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.005)对照组人格类型的构成变化差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);肥胖组男生和女生都随年龄增长自杀意念存在率显著增高。[结论]肥胖学生的心理健康状况较差,肥胖学生精神质倾向明显,情绪不稳且内向倾向明显。
[Objective] To understand the mental health status and personality characteristics of simple obesity students. [Methods] Eysenck’s personality questionnaire and depression self-rating scale were used to measure the psychological status and personality of obese and control students. [Results] There were significant differences in personality types among obese students in primary school, middle school and high school (P <0.005). There was no significant difference in the constitution of personality among the obese patients (P> 0.05) The prevalence of suicide ideation increased significantly with age. [Conclusion] The mental health status of obese students is poor, obese students have obvious mental disorders, emotional instability and introverted tendency.
