深夜,一个中国人走进德国某小镇的车站理发室。理发师热情地接待了他,却不愿意为他理发。理由是,这里只能为手里有车票的旅客理发,这是规定。中国人委婉地提出建议,说反正现在店里也没有其他顾客,是不是可以来个例外?理发师更恭敬了,说虽然是夜里也没有别的人,我们也得遵守规则。无奈之中,中国人走到售票窗前,要了一张离这儿最近的那一站的车票。当他拿着车票第二次走进理发室时,理发师很遗憾地对他说,如果您只是为了理发才买这张车票的话,真的很抱歉,我还是不能为您服务。
