文献报道川芎嗪(Chuan xiongQin,CXQ;Ligustrazine)具有对抗Ca~(++)的作用。本实验采用两种主要以增高心肌内Ca~(++)浓度而致实验性心律失常的模型,探讨CXQ抗心律失常的作用。 药品:磷酸川芎嗪结晶为广东省利民制药厂生产(批号840219)。CaCl_2为北京制药三厂生产。哇巴因系德国E.Merck厂生产。
Reported in the literature ligustrazine (Chuan xiongQin, CXQ; Ligustrazine) against Ca ~ (++) role. In this study, we used two models to increase arrhythmia induced by Ca ~ (++) in myocardium to investigate the anti-arrhythmic effect of CXQ. Drugs: Ligustrazine phosphate crystal is produced by Guangdong Limin Pharmaceutical Factory (batch number 840219). CaCl_2 for the Beijing Pharmaceutical Factory production. Oupai Department of German E.Merck plant production.
