目的：探讨异搏定对ＨＬ－６０细胞凋亡的作用机制。方法：用琼脂糖凝胶电泳法观察ＤＮＡ的梯状条带。结果：单用异搏定无梯状条带出现，而与足叶乙甙合用则出现比单用足叶乙甙更明显的梯状条带。结论：异搏定对ＨＬ－６０细胞无明显的抑制作用，但它可能具有增强足叶乙甙诱导ＨＬ－６０细胞的凋亡作用。
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of action of verapamil on HL-60 cell apoptosis. Methods: DNA ladder was observed by agarose gel electrophoresis. Results: There was no ladder-shaped band in verapamil alone, while the combination with etoposide appeared more obvious than etoposide single ladder-shaped band. Conclusion: Verapamil has no obvious inhibitory effect on HL-60 cells, but it may enhance the apoptosis of HL-60 cells induced by etoposide.
