我们在研究125I标记胰岛素、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和牛血清白蛋白(BSA)等一些激素、蛋白质类物质的同时,对4种测定方法进行了实验比对,提出采用简单、方便、省时的TCA沉淀法测定标记率较为适宜。标记率是评价一个标记方法好坏和标记条件选择是否恰当的重要指标[1],通过它还能较为简便地计算出被标记物的比活度[2]。通常,125I标记物的标记率测定采用淋洗分离时标记产品峰计数率与诸峰计数率之和的比值[3]或标记产品峰的计数率与校正后125I投料量的比值[4]来确定,有时也采用对标记液进行层析、电泳、三氯醋酸(TCA)沉淀等方法来测定。
