本文对障碍物和煤尘对瓦斯燃烧过程中火焰速度的影响进行了实验研究。结果表明,障碍物和煤尘对管内火焰有明显的加速作用,在有障碍物和煤尘存在时,气体火焰沿管道传播的特征与管道封闭状态有关,从封闭端传向开口端的火焰速度比开口端传向封闭端的火焰速度大得多。障碍物的特征尺寸越大,火焰加速效果越显著。
In this paper, the effects of obstacles and coal dust on the flame velocity during gas combustion are experimentally studied. The results show that the obstruction and coal dust have a significant acceleration effect on the flame in the pipe. When there are obstructions and coal dust, the characteristics of gas flame propagation along the pipe are related to the closed state of the pipe. The flame velocity ratio from the closed end to the open end Flames reaching the closed end from the open end are much faster. The larger the size of the obstacle, the more significant the effect of flame acceleration.
