在接种箱里接种,一般是用酒精灯消毒接种针和封口来防污染,但使用酒精灯有以下缺点。(1)调整火焰大小必须熄灯后方能扯动灯芯;(2)由于接种箱密闭长时间使用会因缺氧而熄灯。必须开箱换气,熏蒸灭菌后才能再用,这样会增加污染;(3)操作时稍不注意会碰倒酒精灯而引起着火;(4)酒精烧完后要熄灯添加酒精。笔者采用沼气灯头改制成沼气接种灯,疑多次试用效果良好,现简介如下:在接种箱底板中央开一个直径1.5厘米孔,把沼气灯引射管套上螺丝和橡皮垫圈后,从上向下穿入孔
