建筑业是我国国民经济的重要支柱,建筑施工作为建筑质量的基础,是一项十分复杂的生产活动,质量重于泰山。当前建筑行业,对施工质量监管不容乐观。影响质量的因素多种多样,如何严把质量检测关,把关系到百姓切身利益的事做好,直接反映国家的综合实力和企业素质和管理水平。本文结合笔者多年经验,对加强建筑施工质量管理提出几点策略,希望对相关领域的理论发展起抛砖引玉的作用。
Construction industry is an important pillar of our national economy. As the basis of construction quality, building construction is a very complicated production activity with a heavier quality than Tarzan. The current construction industry, the construction quality supervision is not optimistic. There are many factors that affect the quality. How to strictly control the quality inspection, and do a good job related to the vital interests of the people, directly reflects the overall strength of the country and the quality and management level of enterprises. Based on many years of experience of the author, this paper puts forward some strategies to strengthen the construction quality management, hoping to promote the theoretical development in related fields.
