The authors used intestinal and cell culture to make passage of vaccine strains and compared oral base pollen recovery rates measured by attenuated and virulent responses to oral polio vaccine prepared using primary monkey kidney (VK) cells or Vero cells (OPV) .Twenty-one healthy infants who did not receive OPV were inoculated with OPV prepared with VK or Vero cells, in which the ratio of the three types of viruses was 10: 1: 3. The attenuated strain used was type 1 LS-C, 2ab / KP_2 (P1 / Sabin); type 2 P712, Ch2ab / KP_2 (P2 / Sabin); type 3 Leon 12a_1b / KP3 21 days to collect stool samples.
