目的:对自行研制的纳米TiO2陶瓷涂层直丝托槽耐磨性进行测试,并与国产普通金属直丝托槽进行比较。方法:选取纳米TiO2陶瓷涂层直丝托槽与国产普通金属直丝托槽各5付,测试比较弓丝拉伸前后托槽表面光洁度、托槽-弓丝摩擦力,评估托槽耐磨性。结果:纳米TiO2陶瓷涂层直丝托槽较国产普通金属直丝托槽耐磨性好,弓丝拉伸前后托槽表面光洁度、托槽-弓丝摩擦力无明显改变。结论:纳米TiO2陶瓷涂层直丝托槽具有良好耐磨性,可以满足口腔正畸临床需要。
OBJECTIVE: To test the wear resistance of self-developed nano-TiO2 ceramic coated straight wire brackets and to compare with the domestic common metal straight wire brackets. Methods: Five pairs of nano-TiO2 ceramic coated wire brackets and domestic ordinary metal straight brackets were used. Five tests were performed to compare the surface roughness of the brackets before and after the braid wire stretching, the friction between brackets and arch wires, and the wear resistance of brackets . Results: The nano-TiO2 ceramic coated wire brackets had better wear resistance than the domestic common metal straight brackets. The surface finish of brackets before and after the arch wire stretching and the friction between brackets and arch wires did not change significantly. Conclusion: The nano-TiO2 ceramic coated straight brackets have good wear resistance and can meet the clinical needs of orthodontics.
