一、基本情况4 RZ—20000型容器育苗装播机系1979年山西省科委下达的“容器育苗工厂化”课题的内容之一。自课题组成立后,经过对国内外有关资料的收集,去兄弟单位进行调查考察,结合我省的实际情况,进行分析研究后,于1979年作了多方案的对比试验。在对比试验的基础上,于1981年初完成了第一轮样机的图纸设计工作,同年7月,完成样机试制。在对样机进行技术性能测定和各种试验的基础上,1981年底至1982年初,进行了第二轮样机的图纸设计工作。7月,样机试制完毕,进行了试验测定。后因水滴形塑料育苗盘的加工制作厂家拖延了交货期,至84年初才进行了多点生产试验。通过对4 RZ—20000型容器育苗装播机的两次改进设计、技术性能的检测和生产试
