《工人日报》要过45岁生日了,我兴奋的心情是难以用语言表达的。40多年来,我个人的进步与成绩与《工人日报》有着难解难分的缘分。记得1952年,《工人日报》连续宣传了鞍钢工人王崇伦创造万能工具胎,大幅度提高工效的事迹。当时我在沈阳机床厂当车工。看了报道后,就给自己提出了一个问题:我们都是新中国的工人,为什么王崇伦能找“窍门”(当时流行这个词),进行创造性劳动,我只满足于平平常常地过呢? 那时我们厂正加工车床上的油窗,每加工一个工件要换五把刀,工效低,质量还不能保证。在王崇伦事迹的启发下,我边加工边琢磨,终于想出将五把刀捆在
