本文报道正常小鼠血清和心肌、肾、肝、睾丸、脑、肺等组织 LDH 活力和 LDH 同工酶的分布,并与荷 S_(180)肉瘤小鼠血清,肝、肺、脑 LDH 活力和同工酶谱进行比较.荷 S_(180)肉瘤(腹水型)小鼠血清和肝 LDH 活力明显增高,因酶谱以 LDH_5为主,实质是 LDH_5增高;肺 LDH 活力无改变,但LDH_1、LDH_2、LDH_3显著减少,LDH_4、LDH_5显著增多。荷 S_(180)肉瘤(实体型)小鼠脑 LDH 活力无改变,但 LDH_1显著减少,LDH_3、LDH_5显著增多。S_(180)肉瘤引起宿主肝 LDH_5增多,以及肺和脑LDH 同工酶向 M 型酶谱偏移的原因有待研究。
This paper reports the distribution of LDH activity and LDH isoenzymes in normal mouse serum and myocardium, kidney, liver, testis, brain, lung, etc., and the LDH activity in serum, liver, lung, and brain of mice with S 180 sarcoma. Comparison of isoenzyme zymograms. Serum and hepatic LDH activity in mice with S 180 sarcoma (ascites type) was significantly increased. LDH 5 was the main zymogram and LDH 5 was increased; LDH activity was unchanged, but LDH 1 and LDH 2 LDH_3 decreased significantly, and LDH_4 and LDH_5 increased significantly. The brain LDH activity of S_(180) sarcoma (solid) mice did not change, but LDH_1 decreased significantly, and LDH_3 and LDH_5 increased significantly. The reason why S_(180) sarcoma causes LDH_5 to increase in the host liver, and why the lung and brain LDH isoenzymes shift toward the M-type zymogram remains to be studied.
