处于身心发展特殊时期的中学生,一方面心理发展走向渐趋明朗,另一方面对自我行为的元认知能力以及自知自制能力还比较差,对多变环境的适应能力也处于形成时期,因而在这一群体中出现分化现象在所难免。结合中学生的现实学习环境,本文拟从心理角度探寻其出现分化的原因,以便教育工作者,尤其是班主任在教学与管理中对自己的教学对象做到心中有数。
Middle school students who are in a special period of physical and mental development are getting more and more clear on the one hand, while their metacognitive ability on self-awareness and their ability to self-control are still relatively poor, and their adaptability to changing environment is still in the formative period Differentiation in this group is inevitable. Combined with the realistic learning environment of middle school students, this article intends to explore the reasons for its emergence from a psychological point of view, so that educators, especially the teacher in charge of teaching and management in their teaching to do well.
