透明玻璃钢在工业、农业及建筑上都得到了日益广泛的应用。对透明玻璃钢的光学性能,一般要求两个指标:透光率和透明度(或者浊度)。从理论和实验都证明了要达到理想的透光率和更有效地调节透明度(或浊度)指标,必须使玻璃纤维的折射率与树脂浇铸体的折射率在某种程度上达到匹配。准确有效地测试两种组分的折射率,是制造不同用途透明玻璃钢材料的基础。
Transparent glass reinforced plastic in the industrial, agricultural and construction have been more widely used. The optical properties of transparent FRP generally require two indicators: light transmittance and transparency (or turbidity). Both theoretical and experimental evidences that in order to achieve the desired light transmittance and to more effectively adjust the transparency (or turbidity) index, it is necessary to match the refractive index of the glass fiber with the refractive index of the resin-molded body to some extent. Accurate and effective testing of the refractive index of the two components is the basis for the manufacture of transparent FRP materials for different applications.
