在一次全区组织的研讨会上,某校一名干部在大会发言时谈到“差生”问题,竞直言不讳地说:“‘差生’是怎么产生的?‘差生’是老师教出来的!”这句话像晴天霹雳,惊得在座的上千名教师目瞪口呆、面面相觑。会后,教师们有的当面责问,有的电话发难,有的短信质询,可怜这名干部成了众矢之的,一时间成为全区教育系统知名度颇高的新闻人物。
