人类在社会生活中避免不了发生冲突,重要的是发生冲突之后如何理性的解决,在小学班级管理中发生冲突也是在所难免的。由于师生冲突在小学班级中现象比较明显,所以小学班主任更需要具备化解冲突矛盾的方法,这个时代的孩子,个性比较突出,个人主义观念比较强烈,更容易引发冲突矛盾,当师生的冲突发生后,班主任就需要出面来解决班级内的冲突,从而将小事化了,保障事件不会扩大化,为教育教学节约时间,很好的化解矛盾从而使师生可以互相合作和谐共处。
