在经济建设高速发展的拉动下,我国社会建设实现了不断完善的目的。社会建设的不断完善,促进了我生态体系制度建设逐渐完善。随着生态文明建设的不断加强,资源再造成了人类未来发展的一个新方向。本文就以生命周期为出发点,对机床的再制造过程进行了探讨。本文探究基于生命周期的机床再制造过程的模型,主要以C616型机床为例对再造设计和质量控制等问题进行了深刻的阐述,为未来我国加床再造过程发展提供了一定程度上的参考价值。
Driven by the rapid development of economic construction, China’s social construction has achieved its goal of continuous improvement. The constant improvement of social construction has promoted the gradual improvement of the system construction of our ecological system. With the continuous strengthening of ecological civilization construction, resources have re-created a new direction for the future development of mankind. In this paper, the life cycle as a starting point for the machine tool remanufacturing process were discussed. This paper explores the model of machine tool remanufacturing process based on life cycle, mainly elaborates the issues of redesign and quality control with C616 machine tool as an example, which provides a certain reference value for the future development of extra bed rebuilding in our country .
