玻璃转变是绝大多数非晶体系随温度变化呈现出的一种较为复杂的过程.目前仅从热力学的角度对此转变作了一些概括的数学描述,但其物理图象仍然十分模糊.正因如此至今不少人对玻璃转变究竟是热力学的相变过程,或是分子运动弛豫而造成的动力学行为;如果是热力学相变,究竟是一级相变还是二级相变等问题还存在不同的看法。SeTe_8Sb_1 合金在玻璃转变时呈现的吸热现象非常明显,从实验的角度来看这有利于对上述问题进行深入探讨.本工作正是在这方面进行了一些研究。
Glass transition is a complicated process that most amorphous systems show with the temperature change.Nowadays, some generalized mathematical descriptions of this transition are made only from thermodynamic point of view, but their physical images are still very vague. So many people so far on the glass transition is the thermodynamic phase change process, or molecular motion relaxation caused by the dynamic behavior; if it is thermodynamic phase transition, whether it is a first-order phase transition or second-order phase transition and other issues still exist different perspectives. The endothermic phenomenon of SeTe_8Sb_1 alloy during the glass transition is very obvious, which is conducive to the further discussion of the above issues from an experimental point of view.
