时代的发展和科技的进步给大学英语教学提出新的挑战和要求。大学英语教师需在信息技术、科研能力、教学技能、道德品质方面提高自身职业素养,以适应大学英语教育新形势的需要。面对当前大学英语教学和评估体制中的各种问题,大学英语教师须加强自身学习,提高教学水平和信息技术运用能力、拓宽知识面,从而推动大学英语教学改革和复合型人才的培养。
The development of the times and the progress of science and technology have brought new challenges and demands to college English teaching. College English teachers need to improve their professionalism in information technology, research ability, teaching skills and moral quality to meet the needs of the new situation of college English education. In the face of various problems in the current college English teaching and evaluation system, college English teachers should strengthen their own learning, improve their teaching ability and ability of using information technology, broaden their knowledge and promote the reform of college English teaching and the cultivation of compound talents.
