我们把人才、人类群体、人才所处的自然环境和社会环境的整体系统称之为人才生态系统,如村庄、场镇、学校、工厂、研究机构等,更大的人才生态系统,如一个民族、一个地区、甚至一个国家。人才生态系统通过以人才为核心的智能转化,达到认识自然、社会以及改造社会的目的。在不破环自然和社会生态平衡的情况下,实现人才倍出、知识增殖、经济增殖,这是人才生态系统量基本的功能特征。
