目的 研究蹼轮样CT成像法对肺部结构的显示及其临床应用。方法 3 3例健康志愿者和 46例病例行多层螺旋CT检查 ,扫描后图像传至工作站。从与水平面约呈 45°夹角的斜裂开始通过两肺门间的水平轴 ,按蹼轮样排列次序重建新的图像系列。结果 肺叶、肺段、叶间裂、气管、肺动脉及肺静脉等解剖结构自然展示在 3 6幅图像上 ,肺部解剖结构与CT图像间关系显得更贴近。在 46例病例中所有病灶均能被清晰显示。结论 蹼轮样CT成像能自然、有序地显示肺动脉、气管及其它结构 ,并能清晰显示病灶与肺解剖结构间的关系 ,使它们之间的关系简单化
Objective To study the display of lung structure by web-wheel-like CT imaging and its clinical application. Method 3 3 cases of healthy volunteers and 46 cases of multi-slice spiral CT examination, the scanned image transmitted to the workstation. Reconstruct a new series of images in the order of webbed wheel rotation, beginning with a bevel split at an angle of 45 ° to the horizontal plane through the horizontal axis between the two hinges. Results The anatomical structures such as lung lobe, pulmonary segment, interlobar fissure, trachea, pulmonary artery and pulmonary vein were naturally displayed on 36 images. The relationship between the anatomical structure of the lung and the CT image was closer. All lesions were clearly shown in 46 cases. Conclusion Web-wheel-like CT imaging can display the pulmonary artery, trachea and other structures naturally and in an orderly manner, and can clearly show the relationship between lesions and lung anatomy and simplify the relationship between them
