传统的无损检测是以裂纹等缺陷为主要对象,迄今为止,还谈不上能够正确地检测各种复杂环境和长期使用造成的金属材料的磨损和损坏。本文仅论述金属材料中潜在的或已发生的裂纹状缺陷的检测及尺寸的定量化。裂纹状缺陷依形成过程的不同大致分为两种类型,即存在于表面或表面附近的表面缺陷和隐藏在材料内部的内部缺陷。一、表面缺陷的检测常用的方法有:磁力探伤、涡流探伤、透射探伤、电阻法等。下面只简要介绍前两种。 1、磁力探伤法
The traditional non-destructive testing is based on defects such as cracks as the main object, so far, still can not properly detect a variety of complex environments and long-term use of metal materials caused by wear and tear. This article deals only with the detection and quantification of potential or occurring crack-like defects in metallic materials. Crack-like defects according to the formation process is divided into two types, namely surface defects existing in the surface or near the surface and internal defects hidden in the material. First, the surface defects detection methods commonly used are: magnetic testing, eddy current testing, transmission testing, resistance and so on.
