中国民航飞机机队规模不断扩大,维修工作量也同步增加,相关部门需要对维修单位的飞机维修工程能力进行评估;鉴于以上现状,建立了符合中国民航实际的评估指标体系;采用熵值法并结合评估指标数据客观地为指标分配权重,应用评估模型对3家维修单位进行评估,得到与实际情况一致的评估结果,验证了评估模型的正确性。
Due to the continuous expansion of the fleet size of China Civil Aviation and the simultaneous increase of maintenance workload, relevant departments need to evaluate the maintenance capability of aircraft maintenance units. In view of the above situation, an evaluation index system in line with China’s actual conditions of civil aviation has been established. According to the evaluation index data objectively, the weights are assigned to the indexes. The evaluation models are used to evaluate the three maintenance units, and the evaluation results consistent with the actual conditions are obtained. The correctness of the evaluation model is verified.
