目的探讨还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)在大鼠失血性休克模型中对胰腺组织损伤的保护作用。方法雄性Wistar大鼠36只,随机分成正常对照组(C组,n=12)、失血性休克组(S组,n=12)和还原型谷胱甘肽组(G组,n=12)。观察大鼠胰腺组织丙二醛(MDA)浓度变化、胰腺病理变化和血中肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-αTNFα)及白介素-6(Interleukin-6 IL-6)的浓度变化。结果 G组丙二醛水平均较S组明显降低(均P<0.05),G组胰腺病理改变较S组的明显减轻(均P<0.05),血中TNF-α和IL-6浓度G组较S组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论还原型谷胱甘肽可明显降低失血性休克模型的胰腺损害,对胰腺组织有保护作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of reduced glutathione (GSH) on pancreatic tissue injury in hemorrhagic shock model of rats. Methods Thirty - six male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group (n = 12), hemorrhagic shock group (n = 12) and reduced glutathione group (n = 12) . The changes of malondialdehyde (MDA) concentration, the pathological changes of the pancreas and the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in the pancreas were observed. Results The levels of malondialdehyde in group G were significantly lower than those in group S (all P <0.05), and the pathological changes of pancreas in group G were significantly lower than those in group S (all P <0.05). The levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in group G Than the S group was significantly lower (P <0.05). Conclusions Reduced glutathione can significantly reduce pancreatic damage in hemorrhagic shock model and protect pancreatic tissue.
