随着经济和科技的快速发展,进入二十一世纪以来,信息产业已经迅速席卷全球。在新形势下,我国也明确地提出了“信息化带动工业化,工业化促进信息”的发展战略。软件作为信息产业的核心内容,软件人才的培养在很大程度上决定了信息产业的兴衰。随着社会对软件人才需求量急的剧上升,高职院校作为为社会培养应用型人才的基地,应该时刻紧跟社会潮流,以社会人才的需求点为办学学目标。所以,高职院校应该加大对高职院校软件人才的培养实施探索,促进学生的就业,同时也满足社会对软件人才的需要。
With the rapid development of economy and science and technology, the information industry has rapidly swept the world since the beginning of the 21st century. Under the new situation, our country has also clearly proposed a development strategy of “promoting informatization in industrialization and promoting industrialization.” Software as the core content of the information industry, software training to a large extent determines the rise and fall of the information industry. With the sharp rise in demand for software professionals in the society, as a base for cultivating applied talents for the society, higher vocational colleges should keep up with the social trends and take the demand of social talents as the goal of running schools. Therefore, higher vocational colleges should increase the training of software professionals in higher vocational colleges to explore and promote the employment of students, but also to meet the social needs of software professionals.
