东风水库,是一座以灌溉为主,兼有防洪发电效益的中型蓄水工程。水库大坝是浆砌石拱坝,一九六七年动工,一九七○年春建成。一九七一年发挥了工程效益。过去有人认为搞拱坝建设比较难,通过东风拱坝的建设实践,可以看到,用土办法,大搞群众运动,是能多快好省地建造起拱坝来的。这种坝型,在高山峡谷地区兴建,具有就地取材,工程量小,省材料,省劳力,建设速度快,安全性能好等优点。我省广大山区水力资源丰富,适于建设拱坝的地点很多,推广这种坝型,对发展我省山区水电事业是有现实意义的。为了交流建设经验,本文将东风拱坝设计施工的一些情况,作简要介绍,供各地参改。
