云南白药(简称白药)用于消化道出血、颅内出血、粘膜出血等已有报道,但治疗呼吸道出血却未见报道。现将1983年3月～1987年4月治疗30例咯血病人结果报告于后。一般资料本组30例,男11例,女19例。年龄18～71岁,平均44.5岁,以青壮年为多。初次咯血14例,反复咯血16例,反复性咯血史最长者16年。咯血量50～500ml。其中支气管扩张症14例,肺结核12例,病因不明者4例。治疗方法一组用白药1.5～2.0克(大剂量组)加安定5mgl次服,6小时后痰中有鲜血者重服1
Yunnanbaiyao (referred to as white medicine) for gastrointestinal bleeding, intracranial hemorrhage, mucosal bleeding have been reported, but the treatment of respiratory bleeding has not been reported.
