According to the theory of unsteady heat transfer, the temperature model of the cavity surface of the die-casting mold during multiple continuous die-casting is established. Taking the copper alloy die-casting as an example, the temperature-time curve and the temperature fluctuation curve at the time of heat balance are analyzed. The results show that the shorter the temperature fluctuation from the die cavity surface, the shorter the time required to reach the thermal equilibrium, the greater the maximum temperature and the minimum temperature during thermal equilibrium. This area is the most prone to thermal fatigue failure.
