学习型组织理论是由彼得·圣吉提出的一个新的管理理论 ,包括自我超越、改善心智模式、建立共同景愿、团队学习和系统思考五项修炼技能。对各级组织在建立学习型组织中具有重要的指导意义和可操作性。自 1997年以来以此理论创建学习型教研室 ,收效明显 ,主要经验有 :①运用系统思考树立整体观 ;②聚集个体优势寻求共同景愿 ;③营造和谐环境促进终生学习。
The theory of learning organization is a new management theory proposed by Peter Singer, including self-transcendence, improvement of mental models, establishment of a common vision, team learning, and systematic thinking of five cultivation skills. Organizations at all levels have important guiding significance and operability in establishing learning organizations. Since 1997, a learning-oriented teaching and research section has been established with this theory. The main results are: 1 Using systematic thinking to establish a holistic view; 2 Gathering individual advantages to seek a common vision; 3 Creating a harmonious environment to promote life-long learning.
