根据实用性和经济性相结合的原则,我们新研制了一种轻便型的35毫米棱镜补偿高速摄影机。最高摄影频率为500f/s,曝光时间可以短到1/5000秒以下,它可以适用于大部分靶场摄影、人体运动生理研究、风洞中气流的记录等工作。由于它采用了一种同轴快门系统,使摄影机的结构大为简化,整机的尺寸、重量以及价格也较同类型高速摄影机大大减小,主机重量小于8公斤,是同类仪器的1/5~1/10;售价只及同类产品的1/3~1/5,因此它是各靶场旧设备更新的一种理想的高速摄影机。 本文重点介绍了快门的设计和该机在风吹沙、人体运动生理研究中应用所能达到的初步效果。
Based on the principle of combining practicality and economy, we have developed a portable high-speed 35mm prism lens compensation camera. The maximum shooting frequency of 500f / s, exposure time can be as short as 1/5000 seconds, it can be applied to most shooting range shooting, physical exercise research, wind tunnel airflow records. Because it uses a coaxial shutter system, the camera’s structure is greatly simplified, the whole machine size, weight and price is greatly reduced compared with the same type of high-speed cameras, the host weight less than 8 kg, is one-fifth of similar instruments ~ 1/10; the price is only 1/3 ~ 1/5 of similar products, so it is an ideal high-speed camera for updating old equipment in each shooting range. This article focuses on the design of the shutter and the preliminary results that the machine can achieve in wind-blown sand and human motion physiology.
