对２０名前牙开患者进行了下颌运动轨迹描记和Ｘ线头影测量研究并与正常者作统计学比较。结果表明，前牙开者的下颌运动轨迹有一定特征性表现；形态学研究显示，其下面高、下颌平面角和上后牙一齿槽高大于正常者。相关分析结果表明，开组的息止殆间隙大小与上后牙一齿槽高呈负相关关系。作者认为，对开患者进行下颌功能运动与形态学相结合的综合分析，有利于其诊断设计和矫治后的疗效评价。
Twenty patients with anterior teeth underwent mandibular motion tracing and X-ray cephalometric measurements and compared with normal subjects. The results show that mandibular movement trajectory of anterior teeth open has some characteristic features. Morphological studies show that the upper and lower mandibular plane angles and the width of the upper posterior teeth are higher than the normal ones. Correlation analysis results show that the size of the gap between the two groups is negatively correlated with the height of the upper posterior teeth. The author believes that a comprehensive analysis of patients with mandibular movement combined with morphology is conducive to its diagnosis and design after treatment and evaluation.
