2002年最新的数据表明:世界海水淡化的日产量已经达到2700万吨,并且还在以每年10％～30％的速度攀升。目前海水淡化的国际市场容量已经达到20多亿美元,主要由美、日等强国瓜分,未来20年有近700亿美元,市场潜力巨大。在多次国际海水淡化会议上,第三世界国家的代表迫切希望中国的海水淡化技术能够进入国际市场,打破目前的垄断格局。 海水淡化一方面在我国有巨大的市场,即使我国没有市场,在世界其他地方也有市场。在保护环境的前提下合理开发资源是世界各国的共同趋势,我国海水直接利用技术以及化学资源开发的有关技术是自主知识产权,形成产业规模后,进入国际市场是完全可能的。
The latest data from 2002 show that the world’s daily output of desalination has reached 27 million tons per day and is still climbing 10-30% annually. At present, the capacity of the international desalination market has reached over 2 billion U.S. dollars, mainly divided by the United States, Japan and other major powers. In the next 20 years, there are nearly 70 billion U.S. dollars and the market has huge potential. At many international desalination conferences, delegates from third world countries are eager to see China’s desalination technology enter the international market and break the current monopoly. Desalination, on the one hand, has a huge market in our country and there is a market in other parts of the world, even if China does not have a market. The rational development of resources under the premise of protecting the environment is the common trend of all countries in the world. The technologies for direct utilization of seawater and the development of chemical resources in our country are independent intellectual property rights. After the industrial scale is formed, it is quite possible to enter the international market.
